Refund policy

Refund requests will be approved within 14 days after purchase of The Beautiful Breastfeeding Program. However, if weekly sessions have been scheduled, refunds will only be provided if requested 48hours prior to the first session.

Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS.

When a refund request has been granted, access to the online education will be revoked and you will be removed as a member of the Breastfeeding Club.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers will be valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. No change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher. Any unused value of the voucher will be recorded on the voucher and able to be

redeemed at a future visit before the expiry of the voucher.

• Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

• The Gift voucher must be physically presented in order to be redeemed. No photocopies or

pictures of the voucher will be accepted. If the voucher cannot be produced, then alternative

payment must be made for the service. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

• Management retains the right to refuse any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
